Where are you based?

Daisy Palomino HQ is currently based in East Nashville, Tennessee. We currently offer local pick up for online items. Follow us on instagram for updates on pop-ups, local markets we may be featured in, new vintage drops and special instagram only sales! You can also shop Daisy Palomino at Wydle Hudson in Bentonville, AR. 

What sizes do you carry?

All sizes for all folks! Be sure to check the measurements listed in the item description and we'll always do our best to estimate modern sizing.

What if there's an issue with the item I received?

If your item is damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us first via email (shopdaisypalomino@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We want you to be happy! 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Most orders ship 2-5 days after that order has been placed, unless communicated otherwise or stated in the description. 

You will get a shipping notification after your order has shipped, and be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive one.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We cannot refund or replace items sent to the wrong address provided upon check out. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping within the United States and Canada but please send a message to inquire - we'll see what we can do!

What if my order was lost or never delivered?

We will always provide postal tracking. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over packages once they are mailed. If you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office.  

Return Policy

Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged, contact us and we will get you sorted! 

We do our best to represent each item as honestly as possible with photographs that highlight the uniqueness of each piece - the beauty and the imperfections. Please be sure to read the item descriptions carefully. We have taken the time to provide detailed descriptions and measurements for each item.

Some clothing may be pinned on the model or form for the photograph; however, this will also be noted in the description. 

We are not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service.
